How it Works

We warrant every product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of that product. We will repair or replace any defective part or product once inspected by an authorized American Furniture Systems representative. We require chairs to be sent back to the American Furniture Systems factory -- at the owner's expense -- for physical inspection by one of our engineers. All other items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If you feel you have received a product with any type of defect, please contact us. Our Customer Service agents are committed to resolving your problem as quickly as possible.

30-Day Full Refund Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee customer satisfaction on every item purchased from American Furniture Systems. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of the order being delivered, provided it is not damaged in the return process. If you have ordered a quantity of greater than two units, only one product may have been opened for evaluation. Opening additional products is considered an acceptance of the entire order. All shipping on returns is paid for by the purchaser. For orders of more than one unit there is an 18% restocking fee. Custom orders are non-refundable.

American Furniture Systems will be unable to accept any return after the close of the 30-day return window. If an item is received after the close of the return window, a Customer Service agent will contact you in order to arrange for re-shipment of the returned item. American Furniture Systems is not responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
